من نحن
سلطاني تطبيق لحجز مواعيد الصالونات والزيارات المنزلية في المملكة العربية السعودية، تشغّله الشركة المشغّلة (سجل تجاري رقم —). الصالونات المدرجة هي من يقدّم الخدمة، وسلطاني وسيط الحجز.
Sultani is an app for booking salon appointments and home visits in Saudi Arabia, run by the operating company (Commercial Registration —). The listed salons provide the services; Sultani arranges the booking.
ما الذي نجمعه ولماذا
- رقم جوالك — لتسجيل الدخول برمز يُرسل إليه، وليتواصل معك الصالون بشأن موعدك.
- اسمك الأول — ليعرف الصالون باسم من الحجز.
- عنوانك وموقعه على الخريطة — للزيارات المنزلية فقط، ليصل المختص إليك.
- موقعك — عند دخول التطبيق، لنعرض من يصل إليك من الصالونات ومقدّمي الخدمة، وأثناء فتح التطبيق فقط، لا في الخلفية. إن لم تسمح به تختار مدينتك بدلاً منه. إن طلبت إشعارك حين تتوفر الخدمة في منطقتك نحفظ موقعاً مقرّباً إلى نحو كيلومتر.
- حجوزاتك وهداياك — الخدمة والصالون والوقت والمبلغ، واسم من تُهدى إليه ورسالتك إن أرسلت هدية.
- تقييماتك — النجوم التي تمنحها بعد الزيارة وأي ملاحظة تكتبها. يرى العملاء متوسط النجوم فقط، والملاحظة للصالون وحده.
- رسائل الدعم — ما تكتبه لفريقنا لنرد عليك.
- رمز الإشعارات لجهازك — لنرسل تنبيهات مواعيدك.
- لغتك وتفضيل الخدمات (رجالي أو نسائي) — لعرض التطبيق كما اخترت.
لا نطلب بريداً إلكترونياً ولا تاريخ ميلاد ولا هوية. لا نحفظ بيانات بطاقتك: الدفع بالبطاقة يتم لدى مزوّد الدفع مباشرة. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدم إعلانات أو تتبعاً إعلانياً.
الأساس النظامي: تنفيذ الحجز الذي تطلبه (العقد)، وموافقتك لما هو اختياري كالموقع والإشعارات.
What we collect and why
- Your mobile number — to sign you in with a code sent to it, and so the salon can reach you about your appointment.
- Your first name — so the salon knows whose booking it is.
- Your address and its map pin — for home visits only, so the professional can reach you.
- Your location — when you enter the app, to show the salons and providers that reach you; only while the app is open, never in the background. If you don't allow it, you choose your city instead. If you ask to be told when your area is covered, we keep a point rounded to about a kilometre.
- Your bookings and gifts — service, salon, time and amount; for a gift, the recipient's name and your message.
- Your ratings — the stars you give after a visit and any note you write. Other customers see only average stars; the note is for the salon alone.
- Support messages — what you write to our team, so we can answer.
- Your device's notification token — to send your appointment alerts.
- Your language and men's/women's preference — to show the app as you chose.
We don't ask for your email, date of birth or ID. We never store your card details: card payments are handled directly by the payment provider. We don't sell your data, and there are no ads or ad tracking.
Legal basis: carrying out the booking you ask for (contract), and your consent for optional things such as location and notifications.

أين تُحفظ
تُحفظ بياناتك على خوادم في فرنسا، بضمانات تعاقدية تحميها وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية. رمز الدخول يُرسل عبر مزوّد داخل المملكة.
Your data is stored on servers in France, under contractual safeguards that protect it as Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law requires. Sign-in codes are sent through a provider inside the Kingdom.
كم نحتفظ بها
ما دام حسابك قائماً. عند حذفه نمسح اسمك ورقمك وعناوينك ورسائلك ورموز أجهزتك فوراً، ويبقى سجل الحجوزات السابقة لدى الصالون دون ما يعرّف بك، لأغراض محاسبية. تُستبدل النسخ الاحتياطية خلال 30 يوماً.
For as long as your account exists. When you delete it, your name, number, addresses, messages and device tokens are erased at once; past bookings stay in the salon's records without anything that identifies you, for accounting. Backups are replaced within 30 days.
حقوقك وحذف حسابك
لك أن تطّلع على بياناتك وتصححها وتطلب مسحها. لحذف حسابك من التطبيق: الحساب › حذف الحساب، ثم أدخل الرمز الذي يصلك. إن لم يعد التطبيق لديك فراسلنا من رقمك على Sultani support · دعم سلطاني وسنحذفه خلال 30 يوماً. إن كان لديك موعد لم ينتهِ فألغِه أولاً.
Your rights and deleting your account. You can see your data, correct it and have it erased. To delete your account in the app: Account › Delete account, then enter the code we send you. If you no longer have the app, write to us at Sultani support · دعم سلطاني from your number and we'll delete it within 30 days. If you have an appointment still open, cancel it first.
